Roles and Responsibilities
  •   Gather requirements from different customers and rationalize it against the broader platform roadmap
  •  Define programs/project scope / timeline to deliver specific roadmap item and customer requirements
  •  Engage and align various stakeholders for a given Program keeping in mind various constraints
  •  Manage the programs for any risks/delays and general progress
  •  Keep all stakeholder updated with periodic reports
  •  Adapt process changes, scope reprioritization based on feedback / retrospective learning


Desired Candidate Profile
  •  Ownership and initiative taking is primary to this role
  •  Superlative interpersonal skills and communication (especial written) is must.
  •  Knowledge of few products management or project management tools is desired.
  •  Should be familiar with technology stacks, a modern agile development cycle and software engineering concepts.
