Proven working experience in project coordination in the INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY sector.

• Monitor and manage project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets and expenditures during each phase of project life.
• Perform client relationship management i. e. communicating with the client about each project on a daily basis, updating clients regularly.
• Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project
• Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable..
• Create a project management calendar for fulfilling each goal and objective.
• Manage QA of each project i. e. looking after QA reports and focusing on project completion. Manage projects from development to implementation by communicating with clients.
• Provide regular status reports on Project development progress and issues to Team Managers & Clients. 

• Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.
• Create a detailed work plan which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete the project.
• Ensure resource availability and allocation.
• Chair and facilitate meetings where appropriate and distribute minutes to all project team members
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within the scope and within budget.

• Knowledge in PHP, Java, Ajax, Kotlin, etc.
• Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management
• Strong client-facing and teamwork skills
• Experience in project management, from conception to delivery
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Project and Microsoft Planner
• Hands-on experience with project management tools (e.g. Basecamp or Trello)
