The Opportunity

Katzion is seeking a Senior Project Manager/ Program Manager who will take ownership of our development processes and ensure that we are creating best-in-breed product and service experiences for our customers. You will manage most high priority endeavours within the organization- including software development and consulting services projects - and be responsible for seeing that they are completed successfully, and on time. You will need excellent management skills to coordinate and communicate with various stakeholders within the company and with our customers with the goal of creating visibility, harmony and accountability across the team.

Experience And Qualifications

Must Have :

At least 8+ years of experience, as an Analyst, Scrum Master, Program Manager or Developer, working with technical teams developing software solutions.
2+ years of hands-on experience as a Scrum Master, Kanban, or Agile coach.
Superior planning and organizational development skills.
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, motivate and lead others, improve productivity, handle multiple demands, give and receive feedback, solve problems.
Certified Scrum Master Preferred.
Experience using collaboration tools such as Jira, Assembla or Trello.
Sufficient technical ability with other PM software (Smartsheet, AHA, MS Project etc.).
Strong technical knowledge of CRM systems (specifically Salesforce).
Thorough understanding of PHP frameworks, Linux and MySql.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Experience working with international clients over multiple time-zones.

Nice to Have :

PMP, CAPM, etc.

Previous automotive, Health care or Finance industry experience.
Salesforce Administrator or platform developer certification(s).
Development experience in PHP (Laravel) and MySql.
The Role
You will be responsible for the hands on all the technical process. You will serve as the technical expert on all technical process.

Responsibilities

Assess, take charge of, and tune our Agile Scrum process until it sings.
Lead effective daily stand ups.
Sprint boards/ projects.
Jira Jujitsu.
Project plans, documentation, change requests.
Meeting Notes (attendees, items discussed, what changed, blockers, next steps, action items).
Prepare and present project reports on a regular basis to the Executive Team and others.
Constantly evaluate whether individuals, teams, and third parties are working efficiently and meeting goals; take corrective actions if they are not.
Keep an accurate risk tracking document with an associated mitigation plan.
Manage scope creep through change orders, phased delivery or other methods.
Work with key stakeholders to ensure changes are understood and approved.
Establish and maintain a usable and well-communicated schedule for all phases of a project.
Sets and manages third party and vendor expectations with regards to dates and deliverables.
Other duties as assigned.
