We are looking to add talented Recruiters who have prior IT Hiring experience to join our team. As acquiring talented people is getting harder, your position will play a crucial role for our company to stay competitive in the market.
Roles and Responsibilities:
1) Sourcing candidates from various job boards, job portals,
Social Media.
2) Handling End to End Recruitment
3) Having expertise only in IT Hiring on skills such as Java ,Dot Net, Big Data, SAP Modules, etc.
4) Should have served Big 4 clients effectively.
5) Initial screening and shortlisting the candidates through telephone and check their technical and behavioral skills .
6) Scheduling Interview for shortlisted candidates
7) Follow up with clients and candidates regarding shortlisting, selecting and till joining formalities
Skills Required:
Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, Domestic Staffing, IT Staffing, SAP Hiring, BIG 4, Sourcing, Screening, Staffing.
Salary: As per norms + Handsome Incentives
Qualification: Graduates/ Post Graduates
