We are writing to you about an exciting US IT Recruiter position with Kore1 Technologies to work in Pacific (California) Time Zone (Night Shift).

 Role: US IT Recruiter / US Staffing

Work location: Domlur, Bangalore Karnataka on 

Work timings: 8.00 PM IST to 5.30AM IST

 JOB DESCRIPTION:

The responsibilities include but not limited:

• Understanding client hiring needs / requirements.
• Identify and recruit software professionals through various online resources, networking, references and head hunting.
• Sourcing high-quality candidates.
• Screening, Negotiations, Interview scheduling, follow up.
• Screen resumes thoroughly and short list candidates through a series of technical and HR interviews.
• Coordinate with Accounts managers to close the positions.
• Maintain quality database of active and passive job seekers.

 Preferred skills to have:

• Candidates should have technical recruitment experience in contract OR permanent staffing. 
• Experience in entire U.S. Recruitment life cycle from sourcing, screening, selection, salary/Rate negotiation. 
• Source candidates from various sources like portals (Monster, Dice CareerBuilder etc.),database, networking, references etc.
• Also open to new grads/ freshers with excellent communication skills.
