Technical Recruiter
Responsibilities & Requirements:
- The job requires a good understanding of the IT function and the various roles within an IT organization.
- You must be adept at interacting with senior level professionals in their respective domains. Should have a good understanding of the needs, drives and motivations of potential job seekers beyond that of the ordinary.
- 1-2 years of prior recruiting experience in the IT field preferred
- Exposure to Executive hiring preferred
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills
- Must be able to work independently and in a team environment
- Proficient with Microsoft word / excel and meticulous in keeping information upto date
- Strong social media presence and networking skills
Qualifications: BBA or Bachelor’s in HR, Business Management, Psychology, or related fields preferred
