Responsibilities:

• You will attract, screen, manage leads (profiles),schedule interviews, do follow-ups and will manage the entire talent acquisition process end to end.
• Our clients are some of the finest start-ups, distinguished Internet companies, Enterprise Product development Companies and some very high profile Management Consulting Firms.
• Continuously innovating the recruitment process, suggesting and implementing ways in which it can be improved
• Supporting the recruitment coordination team with ad-hoc tasks

• Engineering Degree plus a MBA will be the best fit (we are very open to hire Graduates with very good communication and convincing skills)
