Job Description

About Role & Team:
  • You would be working with technologists and engineering leaders with diverse experience and help them build and manage a Product Engineering Services company. 
  • Your contribution would be to understand the Talent requirements of our clients and in line with our COE approach source, qualify, schedule and lead a candidate to interview. 
  • You would be engagement in the entire candidate life cycle and play a very crucial role in the success of Talent pod.
What are we looking for?
  • Candidates should have 2-6 years of Experience in Technology Recruitment with a focus in Staffing.
  • Management of entire candidate life cycle basis client’s requirement.
  • Understand technology and Business requirement and ability to break them up into key words and search patterns.
  • Deep understanding of portal usage, Boolean search , usage of social Media and referral programs to build candidate database.
  • Understand a demand from the business perspective and disintegrate them into detailed job requirement(s) that fulfill business needs.
  • Understand the expectations from the job & the role and develop various sourcing strategies.
  • Use most up-to-date techniques, trends and technologies (social media, for instance) to reach out to passive and active job seekers in the industry.Source candidates from multiple channels like Job Portals, Social media, Database, Cold Calls, References etc.
  • Screen and interview prospective candidates; manage end to end recruitment cycle.
  • Co-ordinate with Account team and leadership team to assess the candidate’ s competencies and extend job offers to selected candidates.
  • Build good rapport with candidates throughout the interview process to ensure a positive experience.
  • Can create MIS .
  • Excellent Communication skills Can handle client queries and events.
  • Coordination skills.
  • Displays quick learning and is a self starter and functions with integrity and team spirit.
  • Flexible about timing and work and willing to stretch and learn on the job.
  • Qualification Required(Any):Any Graduate / B.E/B.Tech or MBA
