Role & Responsibilities: -

·         Responsible for handling IT, Non-IT and Engineering requirements for USA-based clients.

·         Responsible for full-cycle recruiting: interview, offer, negotiation, and closed candidates for assigned requisitions.

·         Sourcing from Job Portals (DICE, Monster, Career builder, Job diva),Making job postings on the Job Portal.

·         Responsible to work on Contract, Permanent & C2H (Contract to Hire) position.

·         Responsible for achieving a good conversion of the ratio of submittals into interview and placement.

·         Responsible for Strategy Development process which includes understanding client requirements & mapping the relevant targets.

·         Validation of Resumes for experience and verification of work status.

Required Skills

·         Experience in US Staffing working with Direct Client requirements.

·         Experience working on W2, C2H, and Full Time requirements,

·         Experience with Job Portals, Social Media Sourcing and Jobdiva

·         Bachelor’s Degree in (Computer Science, IT, Engineering)

·         Should have excellent communication skills.

·         Good interpersonal and team coordination skills.
