Job Description:

• End to end recruitment process - Source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates
• Searching resumes in various portals like Naukri, Monster and LinkedIn etc.
• Foster long-term relationships with candidates
• Review and understand technical and non-technical job requirements
• Review applicants to verify if position requirements are met
• Ensuring candidate is available and ready to take up the position
• Create detailed job descriptions
• Must be well versed with end to end recruitment process

Candidate Profile:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skill
• Minimum 1 year of Recruitment experience
• Diverse industry experience in recruitment
• Previous work in placement companies will be preferred
• Experience in Office automation tools (MS Word, Excel and Power Point etc)
• Ability to build strong relationships
• Self-confidence and self-starter
