Key Responsibilities

• Industry and Company Research into niche market
• Understanding company structures and dynamics
• Refurbish your market information on regular basis
• Designing Search Plans, Mapping and Headhunting
• Assisting the Reporting Manager in the execution of recruitment mandates
• Job Postings
• Article/Blog Posting over the web. 
• Qualifications & Experience
• Graduate (BTech/BE/BCA/BBA/BBM) 
• Proactive, confident and outgoing personality.
• Fluency in English language, MS office skills and excellent in social media as well as internet search 

• Fresh graduates will be trained in the recruitment business and will evolve into highly experienced consultants.
