Benvia Software (I) Pvt. Ltd is looking to hire Fresher’s to join our US IT Recruitment Team at our Hyderabad office located in Begumpet and Madhapur. We are considering people with 0 to 12 Months of experience in US IT Recruitment.

Qualifications:

Willing to work in US Timings – Night Shift (7:00 PM to 4:00 AM IST)
Excellent English written and spoken skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Out Look, Word, Excel)
Should be a proactive communicator
Good analytical skills
Enthusiastic and with a positive attitude
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with appropriate priority
Strong logical reasoning & probing capability
Any Graduate (Minimum 3 Years or 4 Years Degree in any Stream)

Job Responsibilities:

As an US IT Recruiter your responsibility will include finding the candidates through Vendors, Job boards, LinkedIn, Google searches, Social networking and submitting them to Client as per Requirement.
Sourcing and Technical Screening of potential IT candidates from effective usage of Internal Systems / Database, Job Portals, Postings and Networking within time frame.
Hiring H1B, EAD, GC and US Citizens.
Responsible for handling full recruitment process for Clients in the U.S.
Understand IT requirements of clients and deliver qualified consultants.
Responsible for editing and formatting resumes matching consistency and giving visual and technical perfection to them for presenting it to clients.
Maintaining Candidate/Vendor relation on the progress of submittal made, Interview Coordination and taking care of the joining formalities.
NOTE: Interviews will be conducted at our Begumpet office, Shortlisted candidates will be communicated with the Time and Venue Details.
