Job Description

Madhees is looking for a Sourcing Specialist with 1-4 Years of relevant experience to join their Resourcing Army. The best one would be responsible for working in Senior Most Technical Positions, networking &leading the teams. The suitable candidate should be the one who is Socially Networked 'Online' as well as 'Offline'.

Required Skills :
  • Strong in using leading job portals Naukri & Monster , Searching Techniques / Sending Mass Mails / Job Postings etc.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, Interpersonal.
  • Ability to deal effectively with candidates/clients.
Mandatory Qualifications :
  • Experience in recruiting & staffing with 1-4 Years of relevant experience, process sourcing a candidate from various sources – active & passive,  initial resume review based on requirements, telephonic screening, scheduling interviews and closing feedback loops.
  • Strong in using leading job portals Naukri & Monster, Searching Techniques / Sending Mass Mails / Job Postings etc. 
  • Familiar with IT requirements and Recruitment process. 
  • Result oriented and ability to build strong professional relationship. 
  • Ability to work independently and multi task in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Should have good convincing and negotiable skills.
