Proficient in sourcing through various channels like-Job Portals, Internal Database, Technology Experts Network, WhatsApp Recruitment, Employee Referrals etc.
Interacting with candidate, doing initial screening, understanding their competencies & skill sets, and briefing job role.
Co-coordinating with candidates for interview & conducting telephonic interview before short listing them.

Develop trust quickly & maintain candidate loyalty by providing appropriate feedback after interview process.
Follow up with the offered candidates and keep track on their joining dates.
