The job of the SME is to think like a Trainer/Supporter. A subject matter expert (SME) is the definitive source of knowledge, technique, or expertise in a specific subject area.

• To Provide support to candidates in specific subjects like any technical terms.
• The candidate should be an expert in searching for multiple technologies.
• You are supposed to be an SME strong in sourcing and make understand all the things related to the subject.
• You are responsible to guide the candidate about his technical problem.
• To build up a good relationship with the candidate and need train the candidate for all required subjects.
• SMEs are often asked to review, improve, and approve technical work; to guide others.
• You will be an individual with a deep understanding of a process, function, technology, machine, material, or type of equipment.

Qualifications:

• The candidate should have a better understanding of technical terms.
• Must have good verbal and communication skills.
• Should be aware and have a good command of all social sites.
• Basic computer knowledge is a must
