Roles And Responsibilities
• 2 years 5 years of hands-on experience in end to end technical recruitment process across various IT Technologies.
• Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
• Hands-on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check etc) Expert level experience in Recruiting Citizens, Green Cards, EADs, OPT, H1B & TN Visa Holders on all the tax term (W2, 1099 & Corp to Corp)
• Proficient in hiring hourly, salaried, and subcontracting candidates
• Candidates with Passive search experience will be an add on.
• Experience working on VMS requirements
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking System Ceipal (ATS) will be an added advantage.
• Locate and identify potential candidates through the use of Job-Boards, social media, user groups/associations, candidate referrals, networking, etc.
• Build networks of candidates and develop creative, cost-effective sourcing strategies to accommodate for current and future client demands.
