TITLE: Technical Recruiter

EXPERIENCE: 1 to 3 years
EDUCATION: Graduate
WORK LOCATION: New Patliputra Colony, Patna
WORK TIMING: 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM (Night Shift) For US

SKILLS:

Good Communication skills
Experienced in Recruiting/IT Recruiting

RESPONSIBILITY

Search, identify, source, screen & Schedule interviews of the applicants.
Communicate with candidates at all stages with excellent interpersonal skills.
Co-ordinate offer letter process, reference checks & hiring of applicants.
Willing to work in Night Shift/US timing
