Job Role: Technical Recruiter/ Senior Technical Recruiter
Experience Required: 2-4/4+ Years
Location: Baner, Pune
Responsibilities:
1. Successfully reviews job descriptions to understand the needs of the Clients as well as do some research and ask questions that’ll help them to identify the right candidate(s)
2. Seek out candidates through networking, social media, job portals, employee referrals, and other tactics to hunt out the top people to fill open positions.
3. Sourcing and first-level evaluation of candidates for all Technology Hiring.
4. Manage focused hiring drives.
5. Manage Interview schedules.
6. Source candidates using job portals like Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn & IIM Jobs.
7. Look for referrals from internal and external Networks.
8. Utilize Social networking platforms for closing Niche positions.
9. Update Various candidate databases.
10. Should be flexible to work on weekends, supporting walk-ins.
11. Meet with applicants to discuss the position and to screen them for suitability
12. Serve as the liaison between the company and the candidates by handling phone calls, questions, and other details before and after interviews
Required skills.
1. Must have Exceptional interpersonal skills; communication skills -specifically written and oral.
2. Powerful skills in persuasion and negotiation
3. Bachelor’s degree
