Roles and Responsibilities


GENERATING SALES & ENQUIRIES is the primary objective of a person employed under this role. A list of job tasks have been listed below:


  • To engage in COLD CALLING & PROMOTION of Products assigned with decision makers & users (Doctors, Operation Theatre (OT) Staff (Head Nurses & Brothers) in Hospitals, Private Clinics & Medical Colleges.
  • Travel to the assigned areas as required with valid permits from the required authorities
  • Attend CMEs, Workshop and group meetings in conjunction with the Marketing Specialist as agreed.
  • To provide relevant information during ENQUIRY regarding technical doubts raised by Doctors, OT department , Purchase committees
  • Effectively build and maintain excellent relationships with clients and be able to tailor product pitch according to their specifications.
  • To generate LEADS from relevant buyers through Cold Calling Direct Walk-ins/ Tele-calling / Emailing.
  • DEMOS & APPLICATION SUPPORT : To provide demo of the assigned products to the interested customers. Effectively communicate the key features and benefits of assigned products
  • PROPOSAL & NEGOTIATIONS, FOLLOW-UP & CLOSE : Provide proposal to interested customers , negotiate in line with company directives and follow up to secure orders on behalf of the company
  • AFTER SALES SUPPORT Assist in the installation of existing orders . Service Coordination for your territory. Maintain contact with existing customers for creating good reference points.
  • In the capacity of a Technical Sales Engineer, where they need to firstly understand the technicalities of the products that our company deals with and thereafter they would have to promote, present, and pursue the same products to our clients.
  • Establish sales objectives for company's brand by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories product wise by directly working with Hospitals & related segments
  • Ensure all behaviors are exhibited in the lines of Companys vision, mission and values.
  • Focusing on updating one’s knowledge and skills.
  • Effectively executing the plan agreed with Sales Manager and giving regular feedback regarding the same.
  • Achieving sales target assigned to your territory.
  • Comply with Sales process and mechanism of the company to ensure Business Professionalism & Integrity.
  • Smart graduates with flair and interest for sales.
  • Monthly Sales Reports to be Generated

Desired Candidate Profile

  • We are looking for highly motivated candidates who can develop relationships with new customers and retain old customers with good interpersonal and technical skills in the field of Medical Equipment.
  • Previous relevant experience is desired.
  • This is predominantly a SALES ROLE in Medical Equipment – only candidates with an aptitude/interest in this role are welcome to apply.
  • Knowledge of the Healthcare industry/ medical products/ equipment / technologies would be helpful.
  • Fluency in English and the local language is a plus for which location you have applied.
  • OWN VEHICLE AND VALID LICENCE IS A MUST .
  • Proficiency in Microsoft word /Excel/Power point desirable.
  • Willingness to travel in the assigned geography to meet business needs.
  • This is a technical sales role which requires candidates to travel, meet new doctors,hospitals, medical colleges.
  • Should be smart and presentable.
  • Should be sincere, honest and hardworking.
    EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS : Science Background and an aptitude for Science would help the candidate.
