  • We are looking out for a passionate customer driven resource for our team, who is willing to develop skills in marketing, this person works closely with customers and makes sure the products are pitched for right clients.
  • Functional Area: Industrial trading, Marketing, Selling, B2B, E-Commerce, Industrial Spares Selling
  • Candidates only with - 2- 3 years of experience in Industrial spare sales are preferred
  • Preferred Background- B.E Mechanical, ECE, EEE, Instrumentation

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Building strategic plan for product selling and enrolling more registered customers
  • Acquire, build & maintain strategic relationships with clients’ sources, develop & analyze customer needs to establish a client centric business environment, propose and implement solutions. 
  • Cross sales, try to up sell and understand client requirements
  • Strong knowledge in selling/ reselling industrial spares sales and equipment knowledge
  • Experience in Negotiation, Pre-sales technical assistance and after-sales support services
  • Responsible for increasing business by offering entire range of products by achieving Monthly, Quarterly and Annual target
  • Managing Lead Conversation
  • Managing accurate records preparation of reports on weekly/monthly basis and building execution document
  • Achieving goal sheet & contest achievement on weekly basis
  • Organizing review meetings, gatherings for clients
  • Develops relationship with clients through managing and interpreting with clients
  • Should be willing to travel globally
