Accomplishing Analytical Instruments Segment objectives by sales strategy, business development, relationship management, key account management, market penetration, cross-functional coordination, target achievement, planning, evaluating, implementing and completing sales activities ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments, and goals. The salesperson will source new sales opportunities and close sales to achieve targets. The sales executive will play a key role in increasing income and revenue by acquiring more and more clients, generating leads and managing sales of products and services.
Minimum professional and educational background desired (include years of experience) • MBA, BE-B.Tech in (EC, EI, EE) • 1 - 5 years of experience, preferably in the field of sales of Analytical Equipment

Profile : - Knowledge & Experience in the Analytical Instruments space is preferred - Prior or current experience of handling a team is preferred - Exposure to working in Jharkhand Or Bihar is preferred Job Description : - Increase sales volumes and achieve the sales targets on his/her territory in respect of PKI strategy - Sell the company's products and services directly to the end-users - Develop new accounts and/or expands existing accounts within an established geographic territory, industry or product segment - Achieves assigned sales quotas by maximizing promotion and sales activity of products - Sets targets and review for all direct reports in consultation with DGM sales - Generates ideas that contribute to the territory, business unit, company mission, and profitability - Proven sales track record in the analytical or instrument business in life science or applied market space.
Sell the products/services using various customer sales methods (Foot on the street, cold calling, presentations, etc)
Forecast sales, develop “out of the box” sales strategies/models and evaluate their effectiveness
Evaluate customers skills, needs and build long-lasting relationships
Meet personal and team sales targets
Research accounts and generates or follow through sales leads
Attend meetings, sales events, and training to keep abreast of the latest developments
Report and provide feedback to management using financial statistical data
Maintain and expand client database.
