Technical Service - Provide accurately the detailed needs of the client to the sales assistant by Technical Service record.
Price Inquiries and Offer - Provide accurately the detailed needs of the client to the sales assistant by price request form.
Samples Applying - providing accurate and clear sample PI to the sales assistant (including the other special memorandum to explain: it shall be approved by the manager if the quality is more than 3sets/ special discounts etc.)
Contract Reviewing/Processing - 1. Quote to client and sign PI; 2. Provide standard PI of INDIA subsidiary (signed already by both sides) to the sales assistant.
Order Changing/Returning/Exchanging - Giving accurate feedback from client and detailed needs of the client to the sales assistant, Providing accurate and clear information to sales assistant (including the reason, product list and the written a signed document of changing or returning goods –Agreement return, Return letter from, Return Application).
Arrangement of delivery - Track the payment of client and inform the delivery requirements of the client to the sales assistant, including the name Add., contacts, tel., port/airport etc.
Certification of Quality Warranty/examination report, bidding documents - giving accurate and the detailed requirement from client to the sales assistant.
Order Reconciliation - Reconcile with financials regularly in order to make them payments of order which hasn't paid full.
