Responsibilities
for Technical Engineer – Sales & Marketing:
- Lead efforts to position the existing
products and introduce new products into the marketplace after conducting a
through market research, market analysis and competitive benchmarking.
- Development of the market and achieve market
share as per the assigned target.
- Development and maintaining contacts with the
project engineering company and decision-makers for water treatment project,
water supply project, STP, ETP, etc.
- Interaction with various projects consultants
for specifying products and services Co-ordination with technical team for inventory
requirements and supplies to OEMs or End-users.
- Acquire new customers by winning them over
from competitors and discovering new opportunities.
- Candidate Should have a thorough knowledge of
end-users, OEMs, Consultants and other private, Government and Semi-Government
bodies relevant to this product in the target territory.
- Achieving the sales target in the assigned
territory through key direct OEM accounts & Channel Partners in a secured
manner. Candidate would be accountable for Payment collection.
- Supporting channel partner in terms of
technical sales, converting Inquiries into orders, market reach & market
penetration.
- Identifying end customers for critical
water/wastewater treatment & working closely with them to position UF/MBR
membranes & thus built a successful reference/case study.
- Maintaining Market Knowledge around
competition, water treatment OEMs & EPCs as well as key project bids in the
assigned territory.
Qualifications,
Skills, Experience:
- Bachelor’s
Degree Engineering (Mechanical/ Chemical/ Instrumentation/ Electrical).
- 1-2
Years related experience of Water Treatment & Wastewater Treatment
Industry.
- Outstanding
written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain and
translate complex technical concepts into simple formats.
- Well
versed with integrated marketing solutions in a B2B environment.
- Good
skills in Microsoft Office suite such as Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and
knowledge of Photoshop and Corel Draw is a plus.
- Good
knowledge of new media, social networks, internet and Web or interactive media.
- Knowledge
of web analytics (e.g. Google Analytics, Web Trends etc.),SEO and Google AdWords
is a plus.
- Strong
application of critical thinking with exceptional problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional
organizational skills, strong attention to detail, high accuracy and strong
follow-through. Must possess strong time management skills under limited
supervision.
- Basic
knowledge of Application, Design & Engineering of UF Systems & MBR
Modules.
- Willingness
to travel 70-75% of the time.
- Motivated,
Self -Starter, Operate Independently while delivering business goals.
