JOB DESCRIPTION:

Mapping and generating new leads for company by meeting the concerned person of the client’s company and explaining technical solution to them.
Identifying the concerned person/department and fixing appointments with them to explain our technical services.
Understanding the customer needs and customizing the product/service as per requirement.
Should be able to learn quickly products/instruments and technical solutions that we offer.
Regularly interacts with HR and Area Sales managers to receive information and updates about progress and results.
Works with executives to incorporate marketing needs into overall company planning and strategy.
Monitors competitor activity and brainstorms potential improvements or changes in marketing strategy, products, or services.
Finds ways to sell products and services in the face of a down market.
Creates a plan for gaining new customers and retaining the old customers.
Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance;researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements..
Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
Prepare and manage a marketing plan for an intended product and services.
Present projects to clients and work with them to strategize and improve the material according to their needs.
Ready to answer technical queries generated by the clients.
