GENERATING SALES & ENQUIRIES is the
primary objective of a person employed under this role.
Travel within the area of Mangalore and surrounding districts is expected for a candidate in this job role.

- To engage in COLD CALLING & PROMOTION of Products
assigned with decision makers & users (Doctors, Operation Theatre (OT)
Staff (Head Nurses & Brothers) in Hospitals, Government , Private Clinics & Medical Colleges.
- Travel to the assigned areas as
required with valid permits from the required authorities
- To provide relevant information
during ENQUIRY regarding technical
doubts raised by Doctors, OT department , Purchase committees
- To generate LEADS from relevant buyers through Cold
Calling – Direct Walk-ins/ Tele-calling / Emailing.
- Assist in all sales related
activities for Tenders tin Medical Colleges & Hospitals (Private &
- DEMOS & APPLICATION SUPPORT : To provide demo of the assigned products to the interested customers.
Effectively communicate the key features and benefits of assigned products
- PROPOSAL & NEGOTIATIONS, FOLLOW-UP
& CLOSE : Provide proposal to
interested customers, negotiate in line with company directives and follow up
to secure orders on behalf of the company
- AFTER SALES SUPPORT Assist in the installation of existing orders. Service
Coordination for your territory. Maintain contact with existing customers for
creating good reference points.
- In the capacity of a Technical Sales Executive,
where they need to firstly understand the technicalities of the products that
our company deals with and thereafter they would have to promote, present, and
pursue the same products to our clients.
- Establish sales objectives for
company's brand by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions
and territories product wise by directly working with Hospitals & related
- Ensure all behaviors are exhibited in
the lines of Company’s vision, mission and values.
- Focusing on updating one’s knowledge
- Effectively executing the plan agreed
with Sales Manager and giving regular feedback regarding the same.
- Achieving sales target assigned to
- Comply with Sales process and
mechanism of the company to ensure Business Professionalism & Integrity.

Desired Candidate ProfileThis is predominantly a SALES ROLE in Medical Equipment – only candidates with an aptitude/interest in this role are welcome to apply.OWN TWO WHEELER VEHICLE AND VALID LICENCE IS A MUST.Willingness to travel in the assigned geography to meet business needs.Previous
relevant experience is desired.We are looking for highly motivated candidates who can develop
relationships with new customers and retain old customers with good
interpersonal and technical skills in the field of Medical Equipment.Knowledge of the Healthcare industry/ medical products/ equipment /
technologies would be helpful.Fluency in English and the local language is a plus for which location
you have applied.Proficiency in Microsoft word /Excel/Power point desirable.This is a technical sales role which requires candidates to travel, meet
new doctors, hospitals, medical colleges.Should be smart and presentable.Should be sincere, honest and hardworking.
