Job Profile:

  • The Sales Engineer is responsible towards generating sales and margins for the company, monitoring, controlling and implementing the Sales Plan.  
  • Overall Business Development of the Company.
  • General Functions – Sales/Marketing
  • Expanding the customer network  -  Industrial Sales
  • Update the management on competition and market feedback on performance.
  • Mapping the business areas for expansion.
  • Maintain SPANCO.
  • Achieving sales & margins  target.
  • Carry out activities to enhance brand image/ participation in workshops/exhibitions/trade fairs.
  • Market analysis with respect to competition and highlight the grey areas to the management.
  • Coordinate and provide support to Senior Management to develop the marketing strategy and help in implementation of the same.
  • Marketing setup
  • Network establishment
  • Promotion activity at regular intervals.
  • Marketing matrix for better performance.
