Roles and Responsibilities:

Handling US / UK Inbound calls regarding troubleshooting service plans.
Persuading clients that a product or service best satisfies their needs in terms of quality, price, and delivery and converting calls into deals.
Good in analyzing customers requirement
Developing long-term relationships with clients through managing and interpreting their requirements.

Skills Required:

Excellent communication skills.
Demonstrating the product.
A strong exposure in Paid Email Calls/PPC Calls
Excellent convincing and customer relation skills.
Should have a positive attitude towards work.
Educational Qualification - 12th or any graduate
Experience Required: 1 year- 4 years

Salary: INR 2,00,000 - 5,00,000 P.A. Huge incentive, Cab (If not availed that shall be reimbursed)
