We are looking for Self driven, Self-motivated, Successful Sales Manager, Sales Engineers, BDE.

• Location :- Pune & All over Maharashtra.
  
• Mission :- To grow revenue through direct contact with Industrial corporates, institutions and channel sales by reaching out to the target market in Pune & all over Maharashtra while achieving individual business targets.
  
• KRA :- Develop Business for new products. 
• Create and develop channels of distribution. 
• Develop new customers. 
• Achieve annual business revenue targets 90% collection within 30 days. 
• Deliver monthly forecast report which is 90% accurate.
  
• Competencies :- Should be Aggressive, have work ethic, honest, persistent and proactive with additional Analytical and communication skills as well as customer orientation. BE-Mech, DME, Science graduate with 1-3 years Experience.
  
• Knowledge, Skills & Abilities :- Sales Skills, Effective written and verbal communications Understanding of Basic Mathematics and geometric formulas and have analytical skills 
• Understanding of measurements Presentation ability 
• Must have own Two-wheeler.
  

• Generate sales leads.
  
• Ensure closure of sale.
  
• Follow ups with customer regarding customer relationship management, retention.
  
• Sales & Recovery.
  
• Cost control for daily Expenses.
  
• New business implementation working systems.
  
• Training new BDE.
  
• Create a Marketing plan.
  
• Target achieving plan to be shared.
  
• Submitting all reports timely.
  
• Remuneration :- Fixed Salary +Variable Salary+Incentive+Conveyance+Mobil (CTC range Rs.3,00,000/-Rs.6,00,000/-)
