Job Description:
*Taking inbound calls with computer issue from the customer.
*Providing Troubleshoot regarding any technical queries to US & Canada Clients.
*Should have knowledge of WINXP, WIN7, WIN8 & windows 10.
*Able to take Desktop Remote Access from the client.
Handling any calls related to software, printer, email, Router & Extender configure.
*Diagnosing the issue and recommending the best plan to the customer. Selling technical support plan along with relevant software .
Desired Candidate Profile:
*Minimum 1+ Year experience required.
*Shift Timing : 8 PM to 6 AM (US PROCESS)
*Candidates with Excellent Communication Skill
*Understand Customers issue and query and able to provide Resolution on call
*Excellent convincing skills over call to the international clients
*Should have good presentation skill over call with excellent international accent
