Job Description:
1. Must have 2-4 years experience in taking calls for Kindle, Alexa, Routers, and other related Peripherals and issues.
2. Need to handle US Technical Support calls.
3. Providing Technical Service’s & Sell Warranty Plans.
Required Candidate Profile:
1. Strong understanding of basic e-mail, and must be able to troubleshoot and resolve the issues related to computers, devices, and router.
2. Strong Technical and analytical skills.
3. Must be confident in pitching about the service plans for the customers.
4. Solid experience in problem analysis and resolution of software problems.
5. Must be fluent in English.
6. Must be comfortable in Nightshift.
