·         Candidate must have minimum 1 Year Experience with Technical Sales Profile(should have knowledge of Printer, Mac and Windows Computer, internet, router etc.)

·         Must have experience of sales with Mac/ Windows/ Pop Up/ Router/ Antivirus/ Printer Etc.

·         Must be comfortable with 24*7 Shift.

·         Responsible for effectively handling customer queries.

·         Excellent customer service/sales skills.

·         Basic technical knowledge of OS like Windows and Mac.

·         Excellent communication skills are a must.

·         Good and healthy environment.

·        Can work on 15% commission basis.

·         Ability to achieve the set target and to give a contribution to the growth of the company.

·         Technical Sales Inbound Calls only.

·         Performance Appraisal Process Allowance.
