Job Description

  • Knowledge on Internet troubleshooting.
  • Need to Handle Inbound/outbound US Technical Sales/ support Calls.
  • Attending Inbound/outbound calls relating to Computer, Printers, Router, Email Antivirus, pop up calls, PPC calls.
  • Candidate must know how to troubleshoot Windows and MAC problems Candidate must be efficient in taking remote access.
  • Providing Technical Service's & Sell Warranty Plans.
  • Fresher with Excellent English Communication.
