Responsibilities and Duties

Job Responsibilities:

1 Conduct new hire training for Inbound and outbound process and On the Job Training.

2.Organize, Plan and Implement monthly cyclic activities including refresher training, monthly tests and call monitoring.

3.Should be able to prepare and deliver presentation.

4.Confidently delivering learning to new and tenured Solutions to the employee

5. Candidate should have Excellent Communication & Presentation skills.

6. Able to Train Fresher candidate for inbound calls handling .

7. Can provide good sales rebuttals to the new and existing employee.

8. Must be ok with US shift timing

Experience: 0 - 3 yrs experience

Job Location: Noida , near to sector 15

Candidates should be comfortable with night shift

Salary - 12k - 35k + Unlimited performance based incentives +Meal+Gifts .

We are looking for candidates who are having proficiency in remote access, preferably candidates who are having Experience of at least 6 months in handling US Outbound/Inbound calls.

Should have excellent English communication skills.
Experience in inbound/outbound Technical Sales.
Age should be between 18-35 Years.
Confident and self motivated with positive attitude.
