Answer full range of technical sales support questions (products, process, or industry).
Interface with customers to provide product information and instructions.
Provide backup support to other technicians.
Prepare and send work orders for processing weekly payroll time reports.
Assist in keeping up with shop tools and their condition.
Oversee project-based Alpha testing of new products and modified products when required.
Review technician reports daily for accuracy, appropriate detail, and completion.
Maintain documentation for internal cataloging procedures and local standards.
Assist dealer, direct or end user service personnel in troubleshooting and diagnosing technical parts issues.
Provide specifications according to which the solution is defined, managed, and delivered.
Collaborate with product, engineering and other technical stakeholders on delivery of key solutions for the customer.
Deliver training to individuals or groups of customers and/or employees.
Resolve inquiries from library staff regarding bibliographic records and holdings.
Assist dealers and end-users with parts lookup and machine troubleshooting.
Conduct system training for client administrators and developers when applicable.
This supervisor must also interface extensively with all internal departments and work collaboratively to satisfy customer needs in balance with Inovonics' internal goals and objectives.
Advocate and evangelize 'best practice' approaches to client set ups to ensure long term success and value for clients.
Ensure implementations meet client specific missions and solve core challenges around effective, efficient and engage communications
Stay up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems.
Effectively communicate your insights and plans to cross-functional team members.
Assess the needs of each client. Recommend and document solutions.
Demonstrate and ensure timely and thorough communication of strategy, deliverable status, and results.
