Job Description

  • The Executive would be responsible for creating awareness about company in International markets, in specific to Dubai/UAE. Where company pitches “modern work place” to SMB and Enterprise companies internationally. Role is of Solutions Support to Dubai based Commercial Team.
  • As Microsoft Enterprise gold partner, cloud services, AWS Services, Azure Services etc are the areas of specialization.
  • Engaging various communication resources, expanding Linkedin Network.
  • Gathering market and customer information that of CEOs, CFO’s, Director, CIO, CTO levels.
  • Providing customers / Clients with presentation/ proposals as required as part of routine exercise.
  • Advising on forthcoming product developments and discussing special promotions.
  • Liaising with technical/development team to check on the progress of existing orders
  • Developing, Managing and growing new and existing client relationships.
  • Arranging meeting of new business with Dubai Solutions/Solutions Architects
  • Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
  • Reviewing your own performance, against targets as you gain experience.
  • Engage clients on calls to introduce and position “Modern Work Place” offerings of our group of companies including, Enterprise Telecom plans, Microsoft Cloud, Other Cloud Vendors, VAT – Accounting System, SMS Solutions with local GCC Telecom Operators, Dell Computers, Cisco Networkings, VM Ware, Firewall and Security products and services, Digital Transformation of SMB’s with mobile responsive Internet presence transformation and on and one with various current and emerging solution to service potential SMB and Enterprise customers at the C-Level (CFOs, CEOs, Finance Directors, Controllers) using excellent communications and persuading skills and high degree of professionalism.
  • Responsible to understand prospects through market research, to identify fitment of our products to the corporate through outbound calls/email/live demonstrations, social media etc.
  • Take the lead role in understanding the business requirements of the client and defining how this maps out into our solution offerings.
  • Arrange meetings with clients for product closing demonstrations with onshore Solution Sales Team
  • Work with team to pre-qualify leads and obtain background information on potential customers and their industry to increase the likelihood of the deal closing.
  • Meet and exceed both qualitative and quantitative sales goals on a consistent basis
  • Build rapport and relationships with internal and external customers in a prompt, courteous, efficient and professional manner
  • Accurately forecast opportunities and manage pipeline of potential clients.
  • Accurately manage call lists and client contracts, logging all call information, setting up demonstration dates and updating profile activity through use of the CRM.
  • The ability and desire to sell Enterprise solutions/Cloud Solutions to the SME,Mid-level industries.
  • Minimum 1+ years of experience.
  • Freshers with go to do attitude and strong technical background can apply.
  • Excellent communication skills and Excellent convincing skills
  • Strong commercial awareness/understanding in ICT Space
  • A confident and determined approach resilience and the ability to cope with rejection.
  • A high degree of self motivation and drive.
  • Should have good attitude, result oriented & able to work independently .
  • and in teams with Cross functional coordination as well.
  • The capacity to flourish in a competitive environment.
  • Candidates with Cloud background Preferred.
  • This individual will be supported by the existing team to help succeeding in maximizing revenue generation.
  • IMMEDIATE JOINERS will be preferred.
