Technical Solutions Engineer (TSE) is the key technical role within Global Client Support (GCS),and engineers should work on technically challenging client issues. This position develops customer satisfaction and loyalty by providing superior support services for Pegasystems’ Products and Applications.

What You'll Do At Pega

TSE understands the Pegasystems’ products, the technical environment in which they run, and our client’s business objectives to drive support cases to timely and subsequent resolution by themselves or involving product specialists in Pega.

Who You Are

• B. E /B. Tech or equivalent.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Must have 2-3 years of experience working on DevOps, Cloud technologies. Preferably AWS- Lambda, cloud formation, S3, EC2, etc.
• Must Java/JEE based application development/support experience.
• Working experience of Docker – software containerization platform to create deploy and run the application by using containers.
• Working experience of Linux, Kubernetes, Cassandra, Kafka.
• Good knowledge working with RDBMS with preferably Postgres, Oracle.
• Good knowledge working with J2EE Servers (preferably WebSphere, WebLogic, and Tomcat).
• Good to have an understanding of CI/CD (Bitbucket, Gitlab, Jenkins, CircleCI).
• Comfortable with one or more scripting language.
• Knowledge of networking and distributed architecture.
• Ability to diagnose and have debugging skills.
• Good communication and client handling skills.
• Good team player and work collaboratively, enthusiastic and passionate about exploring.
  
  

What You've Accomplished

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with DevOps, Cloud, and Java technologies.
• Experience in cloud infrastructure, experience in architecting & building cloud solutions on cloud technology.
• Experience analyzing log files and reports from the Cloud, Middleware, and DevOps Stack.
• Demonstrated ability to successfully interact in technical discussions with various stakeholders.
