Technical Specialist, Ads, Professional Services
Location: Gurugram, Haryana, India
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in a customer-facing role as a Technical Consultant, Support, Engineer or Product Manager involving engagement with customers (internal/external).
- Experience working with client side web technologies (e.g. HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and experience with SQL, XML and HTTP protocols.
Preferred qualifications:
- MBA or Master's degree.
- 4 years of relevant experience as a Technical Consultant or Sales Engineer, with a focus on digital advertising products.
- Experience in an online advertising role, and familiarity with the advertisement serving industry and internet technologies.
- Demonstrated ability to code with Java or Python, and knowledge of databases with the ability to construct complex SQL queries.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, management and communication skills, with the ability to absorb technical concepts and effectively communicate them to a non-technical audience.
Responsibilities:
- Work with clients and internal stakeholders to map strategic business goals.
- Understand requirements, and provide technical information and solutions around applying ad products and technologies. Share guidance and best-practices to others.
- Contribute to product development by identifying gaps in current product offerings to drive both operational efficiencies and business growth.
- Build relationships with internal and external customers, to identify key challenges proactively and implement scalable technical solution and become an advisor.
