Your Role and Responsibilities
As Service Delivery Specialist, you are responsible for implementation and operation of COTS product and manage daily IT operations of Interconnect/Fraud management System.

Roles and responsibilities

• Responsible of implementation and operation of COTS product
• Manage Day to day IT operation of Interconnect billing System.
• Implementation and Testing of new Business requirement and creating production scripts.
• Manage reporting, presentations, Excel and other reporting tools.
• Responsible Timely closure of pre-bill activities for VIL carrier service operators.
• Sample QA check of rated CDRs
• Ensure that service delivery takes place based on the Service level agreements.
• Responsible for system configuration and reconciliation operation

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Minimum 2-5 years of experience required in telecom IT operation/production support/COTS implementation with Subex Concillia COTS experience
• Strong experience on implementation and operation of ICB COTS product
• Experience on IT Operations in complex client environment
• Experience of Oracle, PostGRE, SQL, PL/SQL, UNIX/shell scripting

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• Telecom Functional knowledge of postpaid billing stack
• Ability to ensure that all the data pertaining to the company and its clients is safeguarded against unauthorized or illegal use by implementing various methodologies against those who violate the security rules and regulations.
• Proficient to maintain the availability, integrity, and confidentiality of the information and to maintain its authenticity, control and utility of the relevant data.
• Experience in supporting all the necessary procedures related to security approval, accreditation, certification, etc.
• In-depth knowledge to implement a realistic approach during the certification schedule and process.
• Hands-on experience to ensure compliance with vulnerability and mitigation procedures and to establish and install security fixes at regular intervals.
