THE MAIN PURPOSE OF THIS JOB:

Delivery Specialist will work in a service delivery role for customers managing the design and delivery of Cloud and/or Mobility solutions. Must have strong IT infrastructure and enterprise architecture knowledge, and must be skillful in developing enterprise-level software and infrastructure solutions.
This role is highly customer-focused, requires the ability and willingness to travel, and to be able to work in a growing organization.

Skills And Experience Required For This Role –

• Strong knowledge on Microsoft cloud products and technology (Office 365)
• Strong knowledge on Microsoft On-premises products and technologies (Windows Server, Hyper-V, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, PKI, Clusters, etc)
• Knowledge on Exchange Server, Skype for Business Server, System Center, SQL Server will be additional advantage..
• Microsoft Certification is expected for this position.
• Communicates effectively verbally including excellent presentation skills, communicates clearly in writing; strong relationship building skills
  KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS –
  
  • Must have worked on delivery projects for Microsoft cloud products and technology (Office 365, Azure, etc)
  • Initiating the design, development and implementation of service levels required to increase customer satisfaction and resolve business process issues for the identified accounts.
  • Managing projects on Microsoft On-premises products and technologies (Windows Server, Hyper-V, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, PKI, Clusters, etc)
  • Knowledges on Exchange Server, Skype for Business Server, System Center, SQL Server will be additional advantage
  • Co-ordinate with customers for better understanding of solution deployment.
  • Adhere to processes and procedures laid down by the organization with respect to Service Delivery / Project Delivery
  • Ensures the success of deployments to customer, managing the planning and execution of contractual obligations
  • May be involved to provide input to develop solution offerings to meet business requirements
  • Participate in the architecture for client solutions and assist with client proposals and engage in project planning and solutions for the client
  • Working with pre-sales team to build a roadmap for every project.
