Job Description

 Job Details 
  • Contacting the list of client giving introduction about the products, maintaining rapport with the customer, answering any technical queries on the product, installation and post sales process.
Your job role
  • Generate new enquiries and collect the payments, making cold calls , intro calls, mailers. 
  • Responsible for routine follow-up with the prospective customers and replying customers for all contract review activities. . 
  • Develop new customers & to ensure the regular follow ups with the existing customers.
  •  Provide technical responses/proposals as per clients requirement and support sales 
  •  Submit reports on weekly basis for the work done in the week and projection for coming week.
  • Follow-up with the customer complaints if any, to ensure completion of the process. 
  • Provide the feedback to the head regarding all the concern matters.
  • Preparing the samples test report in excel sheet and making the video of demonstration with their samples and proving how a product meets a client’s needs. 
  • Working with existing customers to help them get the most out of the products they have bought.
  • Providing sales support during virtual and onsite client meetings.
  • Identifying the customer's current and future requirements.
  • Identifying client requirements.
  • Reviewing customer drawings, plans and other documents in order to prepare detailed technical proposal for them.
  • Offering after-sales support services.
  • Conveying customer technical requirements to the Internal Engineering teams.
  • Maintaining existing, long-term relationships with customers.
  • Negotiating tender, contract terms and conditions.
  • Mandatory: 1 year work bond.
  • Package: Fixed pay: Rs.12,0000/- + Other incentives from 4th month onwards Variable Pay:  
  • Installation Incentives: up to Rs.1000/- a month Sales Inventive: Upto Rs.4000/- per month       
  • Travel Incentives: Upto Rs.1000/- per month
