Qualifications
- Support and mentor and provide technical guidance to the L1 engineers
- Ensure proper case documentation and closure
- Deeper understanding and troubleshooting of internet protocols including DNS, DHCP, SMTP etc
- Ability to work independently

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Min. 2- 3 Years of relevant experience in TAC with Technical Diploma or Bachelor's degree of Engg.
- Strong networking background
- Must participate in 7x24 rotation
- CCNA – Must or higher knowledge, CWNA, CWSP would be a Plus
- Good exposure and working experience with 802.11a/b/g/i standards and knowledge of 802.11n
- A good understanding of WLAN Security in the areas of authentication, encryption, RADIUS, AAA authentication, EAP, PSK, etc.
- knowledge on deploying, configuring, supporting, troubleshooting, debugging and administering the following Wireless LAN products and technologies:
- Wireless Access Points
- Wireless Client Associations
- Wireless Controllers
- A very good understanding of RF transmissions & antenna behaviour
- knowledge on WLAN Security in the areas of authentication, encryption, RADIUS, AAA authentication, EAP, PSK, etc.
- Hands on experience on protocol analysers tools such as Wireshark, Ethereal
- Good knowledge in reading and interpreting event and debug logs
- Properly escalating unresolved issues to the next level of support
- Solid understanding of TCP/IP, IGMP, and Routing (Layer 2 & 3 communication)
- Troubleshooting of complex networking related issues in a Wireless TAC environment
