We have an immediate opportunity for Technical Support Engineer for Bangalore location.
The applicants must have Diploma in Electrical/Electronics/ Computer Science, with a strong knowledge in networking & Technical support.
Fresher diploma holders are also welcome(2019, 2018 & 2017 pass out )( Training will be given for freshers).
Experienced candidates 0- 2 years preferred.

Responsibilities include.

Operating System Concepts (Multi-Threading/Synchronization etc.)
Good exposure to Linux based systems/RTOS
Network Fundamentals (Socket/TCP/IP)
Good to have: Experience in protocol implementation Awareness/Adherence to coding guidelines Exposure to smart meter domain.
Participation in all ongoing Network infrastructure initiatives including: Firmware/IOS upgrades, Hardware Technology Refreshes, Security hardening and Enterprise Monitoring process improvements.
Implement Network security policies and procedures, in line with Clients- objectives.
Create and Maintain detailed up to date technical documentation (e.g. standards, process, Run Books)
Detailed reporting on the status of trouble tickets and build projects through defined processes.
Implement Network security policies and procedures, in line with Clients- objectives.
Must ready to travel(30%).
Freshers ( Diploma Holders )/ experienced candidates ( Maximum 3 years of experience) can apply.
