CallHub jobs - Technical Support Engineer

• We are looking for a technical support engineer to help our customers use our software product. Someone who enjoys talking to customers will enjoy this role. 
• We are a small team of around 20 people.
• You’ll enjoy working with a small, fun and dedicated team.

Your Responsibilities:

• Customers ask for help through email and chat. Provide high-quality technical support over email, chat and over phone.
• Making sure all customer issues that need resolution by the engineering team are followed through and resolved in a timely manner.
• Offer additional tips, solutions and advice, related to customers’ use, whenever possible
• Become intimately familiar with all aspects of our software
• Customer focus - Listening skill - Problem Solving – Analytics
• Reviews articles in support knowledge base to improve efficiency
• Work with our engineering team and contribute to the product roadmap based on customer requirements

You should have:

• Outstanding written and verbal English communication
• Previous experience dealing with application support cases or requests via e-mail, telephone and conference calls
• Has worked with cloud applications like Zapier and know how APIs work
• Willing to work in the US shift timings (6:00PM to 3:00AM IST)
• Detail oriented. Ability to empathize with customers.
• Ability to pick up new technologies and assess situations quickly
