Job Requirements
- Exp in SQL Databases & basic network configuration, Complex problem-solving.
- Ability to diagnose & address application issues.
- Provide support to customers through online remote sharing sessions, email, phone and chat mediums.
- Contribute to the effective and efficient handling of all levels of technical support cases from basic user questions to issues requiring more in-depth technical and problem-solving skills.
- Follow standard procedures for the proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal team.
- Should be able to write technical help documents regarding the company's in-house software testing product.
- Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers.
- Interact with various internal teams such as engineering and facilitate communication between customers and other teams.
- Escalate issues within the desired timeframe (Escalation SLAs) to the seniors.
- Provide reliable, ongoing communication to customers, managing expectations around delivery, resulting in strong, positive relationships with our customers.
