Job Description

  • Inspire customers to solve complicated problems and challenges with great solutions.
  • Help the Account team to close agreements from technical perspective, include understand and analyze the needs of our customers, and conclude the needs for R&D Department.
  • Work with marketing team to introduce our GI products, craft the strategy to resolve technical blockers.
  • Prepare technical proposals for bidding, deliver the demonstrations, Q&A, etc. 
  • Collect customer cases and do case study with technical and sales team 
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including account setup and network configuration
  • Ask customers targeted questions to quickly understand the root of the problem
