Nature of work:
  • Voice support, B2B.
  • Designation offered: Technical Support Associate
  • Supporting businesses across the globe.
  • Designing, Implementation and Administration of MS Exchange server 2007, 2010, 2013.
  • Migration from Exchange 2003 to Exchange 2007 & Exchange 2013.
  • Good General Administration Concepts.
  • Backup and disaster recovery.
  • Routing/Mail Flow and Set up Installation concepts.
  • Troubleshoot issues at both the client (Microsoft Outlook) and server-side.
  • Exposure to exchange hybrid environment.
  • Experience of Exchange Server (2007, 2010, 2013) with active directory.
Eligibility Criteria:
  • Graduate / UG with minimum 1-year relevant work experience.
  • Experience (Server Support i.e. Exchange/ Office 365 / Windows / Active Directory).
  • Good communication skills as work role involve call handling.
  • Flexible working in 24/7 shifts (5 days working, rotational week-offs).
Rounds of interview:
  • HR Round (Telephonic / F2F).
  • Final Round (Panel interview with Operations Manager & Technical Lead )
Salary Range:
  • 4 LPA 4.5 LPA
Do Carry:-
  • 5 Copies of Resume
  • 1 Passport size photograph
