1. Having knowledge of customer support/management and the banking domain would be an added advantage.
Responsibilities:
A professional approach in answering calls and providing information about products and services, taking input on issues and their redress.
We are maintaining records of transactions and interactions.
Appropriate and timely follow-ups wherever required.
Escalate unresolved queries to the development team at Bangalore
Required Skill Set:
· Experience: Fresher or having 1-2 years of experience
· Qualification : BCA, BSC (CS),BE ( E&C ,CS, , IS),Diploma (BE (CS, ,E&C , IS))
