Job Responsibility :
- Handling inbound calls from client on Software product related to functional and technical query.
- Provide Online/Onsite support to customers
- Handling Live chat, email of client query on Saral Software Product
- Requirement Analysis
- Following standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams
Attributes Required :
- Good with basic computer technicalities like installation of softwares
- Knowledge on database and Networks
- Commanding language skill
