Job Description

Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Will be involved in client servicing and providing technical support related to our software products to the clients. 
  • Should work with a standard protocol, SSH, Server, and Network. Utilizing a documented process to respond to customer issues via E-support, Phone, Whats app chat and remote support.
  • Provide technical solution to clients by identifying problems; researching answers; guiding client through corrective steps. 
  • Our clients are in different countries like Dubai, London, Bangladesh, Malesia, USA.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications:
  • Any degree (Arrear candidates can also apply)
  • Male Candidates Only.
  • Ready work in rotational shifts.
  • Basic system knowledge.
  • Basic Network knowledge.
  • Email and chat handling capacity.
  • Ready to work in Rotation shift basis.
  • Basic Linux Knowledge.
  • Basic MS office knowledge.
  • Language known: Hindi, Malayalam, English.
