Hi, we are Anna Ko Limited (UK registered) , and our team start from Hong Kong.

We are the first brand to provide e-commerce solutions and packages to solve the problems that eBay/Amazon sellers facing daily.

We're looking to expand our team with a IT expert who has a solid passion for resolving seller's issues, and helping sellers setting up great and clean IPs by his/her experiences on Linux or related system and related IT skills and a strong sense for self-managment. If you're also good at website design, that would be a super plus. Keep in mind that we are always excited to work with talent that is hungry to constantly learn to expand their skills. ;-)

Immediately joiner or within 1-week joiner
Education: BCS, BCA, MCA, MCS, BE (We focus on your solving skills rather than education)
Skill:   1. Prior experience in tech support 
          2. Proficiency in Linux/ Windows
          3. Good verbal & written communication skill
          4. Good knowledge of SQL, MySQL 

Responsibilities:
- Find out the best and lowest cost option of Residential/datacentre/mobile IP server ;
- Setup IP/proxies on the server for our client use of web browsing and operating eBay/Amazon accounts ;
- Identify software solution ;
- Trouble shooting technical issue ;
- Software related issue ;

Knowledge require:
- Following up with the client to ensure the problem is resolved
- Supporting to new applications
- Diagnosing and solving faults.

- Starting pay ₹ 20,000 /month salary ;

- 5.5 working day ; (Mon-Fri : 8 hours,  Sat : 4 hours)
